1. Entry

Customers may enter the monthly free game prize draw by providing a valid email address and telephone number during pre-registration or on-the-day registration and agreeing to receive marketing communications from Hounds.

​

Entry is optional and free. Choosing not to enter will not affect the customer’s booking or experience.

​

Each person may receive one entry per calendar month. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Hounds are not eligible to enter.

2. Marketing communications

By entering, participants agree that Hounds may contact them by email and SMS with news, offers and promotional information.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in marketing messages.

Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications already sent. If consent is withdrawn before the relevant monthly draw takes place, the participant’s details will be removed from that draw. Further information about how personal information is used is available in Hounds’ Privacy Policy.

3. The draw

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each calendar month.

The draw will take place within seven days of the end of the relevant month using a verifiably random selection process.

4. The prize

The winner will receive one free game at Hounds for a single group, up to the maximum standard capacity of the selected experience.

The prize:

  a. is subject to availability and the usual age and participation restrictions;

  b. must be booked within three months of the winner being notified;

  c. cannot be used with another offer or discount;

  d. cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash; and

  e. does not include travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.

5. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided when entering.

Hounds will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within seven days of the first notification, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, Hounds may withdraw the prize and select another winner.

6. General

Hounds reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the prize where it reasonably believes an entrant has breached these terms, provided false information or attempted to manipulate the draw.

Hounds may suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Changes will not unfairly disadvantage eligible entries already received.
