PRE-VISIT
After purchasing tickets online you will receive 2 emails. The first, received immediately after purchase, contains essential information about your visit. The second, received 12 hours before your visit, contains your unique access code to enter the venue. Please make a note of your booking reference.

30 MINS BEFORE SHOWTIME
Early Check-In
If you have selected Early Check-In (Highly Recommended), The Kennel Klub will be available for you to arrive at this time to enjoy pre-show cocktails and drinks.
15 MINS BEFORE SHOWTIME
Arrival Time
Time for check-in and using facilities. Only bottled drinks may available pre-show without early check-in. Last orders are 10 mins before showtime.
5 MINS BEFORE SHOWTIME

Check-In & Bar Closes
Pre-show orientations commence (Mandatory for admission to any experience). Drinks must be finished and preparations made for experiences to begin.
As experiences are due to commence the bar/check-in closes. Regrettably, admissions after this time cannot be accepted.

Your experience will last up to 1hr 30m depending on the type of showing you've selected. Different types of showings work differently so be sure to pay attention to instructions and information given during orientation.
post-show
If you have purchased a drinks pre-order package/cocktail tokens, The Kennel Klub will remain available to you post-show. Please note that unless a pre-order package has been purchased (Highly Recommended), the bar may not be available post-showing at any time of the day.
